    Please do not ship your items to our location with the intention to return the item and receive a refund. Items sent to our location will not be returned to the sender under any circumstance unless paid for by the sender.


    Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, apartment numbers and suite numbers if sending to a business. This information is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. BLEU is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left out HQ, and in the hands of the post office we have no control over the package.
